Cafe Pesto

Cafe Pesto has two locations one near the Hapuna Prince and one in Hilo. The food is amazing! We enjoyed the Grilled Chicken & Hamakua Mushroom Risotto and the Seafood Risotto. Highly suggest coming here!

Ken's House of Pancakes

This restaurant is a local must, known for their pancakes. We had the Incredibly Sinful Omelette stuffed with shrimp and crab meat topped with Spanish sauce, and the eggs with a side of a blueberry pancake. Everything was delicious! We definitely suggest stopping here.

Bongo Ben's

This has a great view of the ocean, the food is good the beer is cheap. We had the fish tacos and the grilled hula sandwich. Highly suggest coming here or another restaurant near here for Lunch or Dinner. Others have suggested the Island Lava Java down the street.

Coast Grille

We had the Oysters Rockefeller and the Stuffed Ono which was pretty good. Unfortunately it came out cold. :( We would suggest to watch the sunset here.
